During my time in iris Singapore (2015-2016) I was tasked to lead the creative team in PULSE, a digital and social agency collaboration between Philips Digital, iris Worldwide and Carat Media, operating out of the Philips APAC Headquarters in Singapore.
As Creative Lead, I planned campaigns, managed creative resources, oversaw creative work, aligned with brand managers, pitched to clients, liaised with production houses and directed social content. From festive kitchen recipes to the latest in CAT scan tech, our work was launched across Philips' social and digital platforms to build brand presence and leadership.
By creating content people care about, Philips saw a 105% increase in Facebook fans from 2015 to 2016, plus a 27% increase in website traffic and 68% increase in sales leads. The team also won awards for its unique setup and effectiveness.
